Welcome to the 21st century

Liverpools year as Capital of Culture was a resounding success and with all the major works now completed or at least being finished off. The City is now completely different to the City we knew only ten years earlier and with our new sky scrapers, Echo Arena and the new fourth Grace, the Liverpool skyline has completely changed. The new shopping experience that is Liverpool One has created a new wonderful bridge between Docks and the old town centre.

No doubt the next few years will bring with it challenges and opportunities to both domestic purchasers and business people alike. A few years ago we noticed a sizeable adjustment to the Liverpool property market with rising house prices releasing equity for home owners to use to further their ambitions.

Liverpool is a viable proposition for investment properties; it’s still a growing city but now has a new heart.
